valve clearances

hey guys is there anyone that lives on the coast that knows how to do valve clearances that would like to show me how to do it correctly so i can do it in the future,I know how important it is and dont want to get it wrong cheers steve.

central coast mate miles from you boys i have feeler gauges ,but have never done it before i think on my bike i dont have to take cams out either according to the book.
