Yep - fuggin luvverly and all.....

But are those calipers supposed to be further in towards the forks? Looks like the pads are only biting on the outer part of the discs??....(which are carbon, too .....drool..... )

Fuck me! Is that coating or actual panels? How much weight did you lose? Enough to make the turbo seem incredible, I'm sure...

The bike is 182kg wet, all parts are 100% autoclave pre-preg carbon, I have carbon tripleclamps and a few more bits to fit on the bike soon.
The turbo is incredible to start with, no lag at all it's an Aerocharger, we are dealers for them in OZ.

Do the carbon discs work ok at street temps??

They are Brembo billet monobloc narrowband callipers; they will not go in any more than they already are. The only way to move them in more is to reduce the size of the rotor from 320mm to 300mm and I’m loathe to do that at this time until I get the go ahead from the engineer at BrakeTech USA!

Yes it is and they are custom made to your requirements, can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Cost is around AU$2'300+GST give or take a few dollars.

The plenum chamber is the first of this type that I know of, I also made the charge tube out of carbon. I wrapped the header and part of the charge tube to help stop the heat transfer. The fan kicks in between 500 and turns off at 2000 rpm, it works a treat.

Thats pretty cool.

How much pressure are you running?
How is the core mounted inside the carbon intercooler?
What was it like to tune? Factory ECU?

Swing arm looks too heavy now, better make a carbon one...
