Bar risers

Hey I recently bought a set of renthal top clamps for my Fat Bar however they're to low to get over the Fork ends. THe only adapters I can find to raise them up suit the 7/8 size clamps (fat bar adapters). So whats my optio then by a new higher set or is there something I haven't considered.

and I've also got 32deg angled adapters for 'em too, so you can raise 'em up & tilt 'em back a bit....
