my guess would be probably pretty bad...

I think the general rule of thumb when polishing is... "if you think of a way to do it EASIER... your wrong and it will fuck it"

Hand sand mate, it's the only way to get a good job done yourself

have you got n air powered mini disc sander.ive got 1 for removing gaskets,n it came with soft alloy pads from snap on its a breeze to remove casting marks and doesn't gouge

You'll end up working heaps harder to get all the scratches out the flap disk will leave. Go a smooth file for your ruffest work.
