Will there be a dyno shortcut this year. Finally got mine back on the road and its punching out some pornographic numbers out of a lazy big block V twin! Wanna go and see if I can grab a trophy. Say G'day if ya spot the Orange peril. Just don't yell out TAXI!

Bloody typewriter! Or is that the operator! Meant to say shootout. Not shortcut. Anyway, ended up with 188 HP and 211 ft/lbs at 12 psi! All done in a lazy 5000 rpm. Tuned by Mark at Serco, and if anyone knows him, nuf said. Anyway, nuf bragging, tee hee. Still my daily rider and not missed a beat yet.

I was keen to ride down and check out the show, mentioned it to a few of the guys i ride with, looks like around 10 bikes coming down from Hervey Bay. Fingers crossed for reasonable weather! Hopefully see some of you there.

Folk were dissapointed it moved from the original venue.
They lost folk by cancelling it when unnessesary after 3 spots of rain.
They then re-book it on Bathurst weekend.
The optional "gold Coin" to charity is now $5 entry.

Shame. I still hope it does well.
The old one was very good.

It was cancelled during the preceding week as the ground was waterlogged....they had to make the call to the trade stands...

Not a bad morning at the show.
3 kats (one on sale at $15K), an ET, couple of fighters.
Usual Zed's, CBX's and a few I hadn't seen before.
The odd ball red thing spotted at Southbank
was there, apparently its a "one off" ;)
H.A. had their own stand.
Spotted a new Ducati cruiser sprayed up in H.A colours.
Caught up with Mick from Micks Car and Bike tyres and
got some good info.

Took a few pic's but need to get back one my own 'puter.

Pretty good day and thankfully the weather was good (got a nice sunburn). Not too many bikes on show or maybe because the venue was bigger it seemed that way.

Made the decision to put my fighter on the market (want to build something else) so stuck a phone number and an interested sign hoping for at least one call but nothing as yet.

Good to meet Bob (and missus) but somehow managed to miss everyone else[:I]

Really starting to like the Diavel. It would have to be black though
