Cafe Racer seat/tail ?

Mate of mine is building a cafe racer with a frame/engine/forks from a wrecked bike.

Is there somewhere he can buy a cafe style seat/tail end ?
Its a trad steel frame bike. ;)

He`s looking to do it cheap, so maybe one of the composite tail units in the white will suit him.
