Ok, I spoke to the manager again today, but I was a bit hazy and it sounded like the manager was too, so I'll follow up with an email to the hotel

We're pretty much at capacity and I just wanted to confirm the single rooms all contain a double bed, so all the couples can have one of those rooms (if that's ok-anyone with weird Amish restrictions on sleeping arrangements pls pm me) It looks like we can get another room if we need it, but I have to confirm on wed morning the final numbers.

This is not a club ride by any form, this week-end is just a bunch of mates going for a ride, the ASF can not be held responsible if you lose your license, if you lose your bike, if you stack it or if you DIE
As per the past AFRs When riding as a part of a group ALWAYS obey the signed speed limits and road rules
There is a no Dick head rule, if you act like a fuck stain this week-end you can be assured that you will not be coming next year

I think someone mentioned the meeting point earlier-

McGraths Hill Maccas. 10am for a 10:30 leaving time.

Corner Of Windsor Rd And Groves Ave Mcgraths Hill.

Try and be fueled up when you get there. (It's only about 100k to Lithgow from McGraths hill) So if you fill up at any of the servos along Windsor Rd you should be ok- unless you're riding a VTR or something.

As above- Meeting point is Mcgraths Hill Maccas. Cnr Groves av and Windsor Rd Mcgraths Hill.
Plenty of Servos on Windsor Rd before Mcgraths Hill- or if you find the Maccas, keep going on Windsor Rd for about 500m and there's a Mobil followed by a BP both with the good stuff, so you can fill up and come back.
Try and be fuelled up so we don't all head off and have to stop straight away.
