hey all, been a long time since I posted. Lurked here for ages but finally got a new bike worth fightering more.

2003 CBR 954 RR I picked up last week in pristine fightered condition.

Anyway trick bits are:
*ABM tripple clamp
*TAG bars
*CNC mirrors
*Braided brake lines front & rear.
*z750 headlight
*one tooth down on the front sprocket
*oggy knobs
*remus slip on
*radiator covers moulded from the origional fairings with sticker from the origional fairings to match.

I'm thinking when I get enough money again I'll put some buzzsaw discs on it. I'm thinking the exhaust is a tad long so might shorten it just to bring it behind the tail a bit.

not sure what else I wanna do to it yet. mabye led indicators and I'm still not sold on the z750 light. although I do want something that still looks pretty factory.

I think a odd wheels would look cool too, like the stock one on the front and a spoked wheel on the back.

anyway feel free to suggest anything else that wouild look good.

and most importantly, pictures!

Looks like a pretty nice bike mate. Side shot to tell the tail of the rad covers would be good. Shorty up that can would also look the cool. Maybe smaller turn signals, stocko's just look to chunky. Lever's and a billet front brake res would also help the looks along. Just a thought.

I tell you what that red and black looks wicked.. if you didn't know it was a stock colour scheme you could get away with that..

ignore the shit photoshop job, but i think the exhaust would look neater down even further by shortening the pipe rather than the can if that makes sense,

yeah, that makes sense. looks tons better shortened down to there. may be time to get in touch with a decent welder in canberra.

and I know they're pretty pricey but these mirrors could be what your looking for.

if they're the same as mine i'll just warn ya that they tend to fold back to the second pics position after any decent ammount of acceleration.

those mirrors look cool, but i want to mount them on the inside of my switchblocks and dont really want to have to pull the grip etc off.

someone did a really good write up on how to shorten a cap, here is the link for you.

flip the mirrors upside down, they look heaps better under the bars.
also check see if the HTEV removal and flapper valve mods have been done, made a noticable difference on mine and cost bugger all.
For the reservoir check out rated r on ebay, they do black billet ones that sit on top of the master cyl and use the stock ciclip to hold them, ben at extreme creations also sells matching rear ones which look a lot better than stock.
if your looking for a cheap front end upgrade look into 04 cbr1000rr forks as they slip straight into the stock triples and give you the benefit of radial stoppers, even though the stock brakes are good enough.
