Im after feedback from anyone who has had a tank repaired. originally i was look to find one in really good condition and just getting a respray if needed but after weeks of searching this is the best ive found!

if anyone has any advice and/or can reccomend a place (preferabbly in brisbane but am willing to post elsewhere) that can fix this up and paint it for me? and also a rough guess at how much it would cost me. or even better if you have a good condition 95 cb400 tank laying around? haha

im sure this question has been asked before but my search didnt turn anything up

did u try a findapart search?
those cb400's have sold a bizzullion units over the years, i'd be suprised if there wasnt one there in the same colour you needed i would be suprised

tried find a part, and could only track down a rough one in melbourne and after i worked out postage etc it was going to cost me double and still needs a repair.

pete, if i get it and get it down to you whats a rough guess at cost to get it to look nice again? bikes currently a simple blackish?

sounds good, ive made your job a little easier for you. found a better condition tank in the right colour, just need to wait for the to come from melbourne then ill speak with rexy.
