Gixxer 750 with 1000 donk?

Does anyone know how hard it would be to drop a K1 1000 motor into a K1 750? Will it bolt straight up and in or would there need to be frame mods or other adjustments made?

I'm pretty sure it's not to hard, you have to modify the front engine mounts on the frame, or buy a kit from a company called Hybrid racing in the USA. This goes for K1 -K3 1000 motors from memory.

Here is a link to another forum discussing 600 to 1000 engine swap. I'm pretty sure the 600 and 750 frames are very similar on the K1 models.

shadow where did you pick up the donk im still have trouble finding a 1000 with min ks at a fair price
