assuming its not a setup the first thing I noticed was he/she never looked to the right before taking off, I assumed perhaps it was a closed road!!!

Its a setup. Whats the chance of not seeing a big ass truck like that on a wide open road. The girl would have looked right at it as she turned away. It would have been 10 meters away at the time. Its not that hard to do that kind of video compositing with after effects or something similar.
