Has taken me a while but I have finally pulled my finger out and done a little bit on the bike. I found some levers on rideit.com and they turned up today. Cost about $80 with postage and are a pretty good quality. Nice weight behind them and fitted straight on with little mods needed and they thru in a set of grips for free. Not bad. I also whipped up a couple of light brackets just to see how they would look closer to the forks. Took me about 10 minutes with a guillotine and a drill at work( even though I am still on leave ). This is just a mock up until I get some stainless sheet. I also got my new undertail, courtesy of Dremil. Lots of bits and pieces to go like bars but I need to sort out the wiring and the dash and some longer cables but I think it's a start considering I have no idea what i am doing.
Cheers lads

For all you blokes that drilled your top yolk for risers. My question is, did you drill and tap a hole or drill holes and use washers and nuts.

Firstly welcome.

Secondly, use washers and nuts. More secure.

Hey blokes. Where is the best place to get lengthened brake lines. Does Pirtek do stuff like that. I am in Townsville.

goto http://www.helmobile.com and use the coupon code FORUM and you will get a 3 piece (2 front 1 rear) for £58.00 + postage (which was reasonable when i got mine) and he will make them in whatever size you want.

Do you guys have the double or the single mounting point for your risers? Do you think this is a good deal?
