Sssa swap for my zx10r help needed

Hey guys looking to do a sssa swap for the ninj just curious to know if anyone has the swinger measurements from the 05 10r. Looking on other forums looks like a vfr swinger is the way to go just need to know which model I'd need or spacers etc any help Wld be appreciated having a lot of trouble finding Info online

Any idea if the 05 frame is the same as the 04 10r?

I think so but im only saying that because all products sold for the Zx 04-05 seem to fit the "04-05"

In terms of BMW arms I found a k1200s and a F650cs for reasonable prices.
