Need a bit of advice... Pretty keen on de-seaming a set of bandit tripples I have in my grubby little hands. Just wondering on the best way to go about it? Flap wheel, grinder, wrasp, sand paper, combination?
Any help would be appreciated as I am bored n feel like tinkering!

Cheers!
Lance

I used a flapper wheel and a file then paper, just give it a go its not that hard and you will be chuffed at what you can do.

The trick is to get finer and finer as you go along. The more stages you do the better the result. If you're using sandpaper - start with something about 80 grit, then 120, 240, 400, 800, 1200 and then buffing compound and finally - polish.

I did the Bandit lower clamp with the small sanding drum that comes with a Dremel, very easy. Rather than polishing I finished it with a wire brush attachement on the drill to give it a more satin finish that hides imprefections and is a bit lower on maintenance

Do ya use really small hand cuffs to hold the mouse still?

Ignore all these clowns Lance. Grab your missus's(or yours) nail file and in about 3 years you'll have the shiniest clamp around. Now off ya go tiger, get filing.
