Just came from newsagent and picked this mag up, and I have to say what a ripper..
Has everything the front cover says it does and more... Great bikes and write ups featuring some of the best oldskool bikes..
Highly recommended you pick a copy up when your out next.. Top work Jeff and crew..

hey plays with nitro just letting you know mate i dont mind rapid mag,but seems to lack something ???? ive been buying STREETMACHINE since it started as a van mag even tho im not into cars as much i still buy it and streetfighters mag when i can !! but rapid mag is just ??????? but as soon as i get a copy of tha new one well see!!

Initial impressions are good. It could be challenging to follow it up though as you've featured lots of the main classics (slabbie, blade, the 500's etc) in the first issue. Some "how to" sections could help differentiate it in its niche, particularly for the stuff that would be useful for restos rather than just maintenance (i.e. make your own sand blasting booth).

i think it'll be a pretty good mag as long as they don't go the way of rapid....
and stick to rebuilds and moded bikes
and some detailed "how to" sections would be great i think for it
not just we moded the swingarm, say
but more we moded it and this is how we did it..
but i liked the first edition (thou i may be seen as a bit bias)
and look forard to the next one
