Hi Guys,
After my recent engine blow up, I have to accelerate my plans to put my dot head on my 1100 motor.
In looking at the parts and the damaged bits from my current motor, I have realised that the Wiseco 81mm pistons are a pretty poor match to the 750 head and even to a modified 1100 head.
The images of the 750 piston compared to the Wiseco show how big a mismatch there is.
What are the experiences of others with putting 750 heads on 81mm bore oilers? What pistons are the most appropriate? I will be running a CR of about 13.4:1 (which is what I currently run).
