what sort of paint to use & what is the process for painting,

Engine enamel perhaps, and I think you spray it on, after cleaning the surfaces, if your fussy :D

2pak will hold on ok mate.Wire brush the engine and prime n paint. If its a kwacka motor paint it like a anchor. :)

And if it's a buell, you'll be after Massey Ferguson red :D
