Hi There, I've been clocking up hours on the NZStreetfighters website and have viewed a few forums here but havn't gotten around to loggin in until now.

I have a 2001 GSXR 1000. So far done bars, headlights, bar end indicators and mirrors, new subframe, old skool seat plastic, custom seat, LED tail lights, water bottle, currently getting 300mm exhaust linked up.

Loving customising it, way more satisfying than just riding and cleaning (even though I never cleaned it before, bike is cleaner now than ever!).

Cheers guys, neither cuz or bro or derivatives suits me. Paint not high on the list at present, I want to get the ignition sorted next so I can chop the mount off the top clamp and then move the clocks down front but Xmas comes first. The monthly pay is in so no more funds until Dec 15th for present shopping.

What a rad idea! I'd never have thought anyone would try a Z650 tail piece on a GSXR1000, big timeline difference, and top result (my fav tail end ever made).

Cheers again guys. I saw the adds from Unatech in the Streetfighter mag, saw the Zedbut and thought it looked cool. Later i found it was the Z650 and it was easy to get one from the wreckers from there. I didn't want to do the same as everyone else and I really like this tail as well.

Update already, exhaust finished, picked it up this afternoon and I'm loving it. Also wired in a new tail light, I decided to use the integrated indicators on this one so ditched the mini led indicators.
