Torpedo 7 is having a week long sale with those wheels at $600, was it Rod that was going to grab a set when the price was right?

just out of interest, but if you do
buy a set do your self a favour and relace the rims with new
spokes.. ive been told the spokes are total crap..

I've read that too ^^^^ still a great buy even if you have to replace the spokes..

Im sure decent spokes aren't cheap, and buy the time you pay for someone to re-lace them,it starts to put the price up there.
With good spokes in the rims, you'll probably find the rims will be the next real weak spot, and you'll turn them into 50c peices in no time???

I'd be more inclined to buy a top quality set,2nd hand, than cheap shit new.

Hmmmm good point Nick.. my wheels were $1500 and are awesome, very happy I spent the extra clams on a great set..

Mine were $600 from an NSR 150 and arrive Thursday or Friday via Scottish Outlaw Shipping. At least I think that's what the SOS on Jimmy's van stands for...

You forgot to mention that you are also getting a single sided swingarm, front and rear rotors, tyres, shocky, caliper, brake line, swing arm pivot bolt, front wheel axle, speedo drive, speedo cable, wheel spacers and what ever else is bolted to the swing arm for the 600 hung you paid, not just the wheels.

Sorry Damo, minor (or possibly major) oversight on my behalf.

mine were just oav a thou......................
There DNA racing rims, spokes look like they could hold a space schuttle from launch, all i need now is another 4 hung for the 320mm disk

I wouldn't bother Fimp.
There's plenty of quality sets coming and going on ebay,(talon/excel/behr,etc)with disks and caliper spacers etc going for around a grand.
Alot have had fuck all use,and will last years for years without a problem.
If your not planning on jumping on them, cast wheels with spacers pop up often aswell, and even cheaper.
