i want to get my wheels does just the outer lip done and one no where.

Chomers can polish rims, not sure if they'll be interested in just doing the lips for you but give it a try.
You could always do it yourself though.

i did it on my old 250 wasnt that hard and didnt take to long

All u need is a few hours of work.
Paint stripper (and a brush to apply it), wet/dry sand paper , autosol (or something similar) and some masking tape

Easy as mate

the rim pollishing is on hold as i have my NFR project to absorb my self into

i don,t want to do this my self because i want it perfect there use to be a guy in Osborne park called mr gleem that use to do a few old mates bikes but i dont no where it is.

theres a guy in penrith next to S&R PRO i had him to my katana many yrs ago and shes dam good but no licence makes it hard to get my stuff up there ,
