i am also chasing a stock subframe if anyone has one

yeah i rang around a few frame mobs but didnt have much luck so i jumped on findapart and scored one for $500 so i went that way instead i still may get it done down the track

dont get the frame fixed dump it,a mate of mine paid $780 to get his frame done by a bloke in fairfield in sydney,its fucked,when u let the bars go the bike drops to the right and is a prick to ride u can stand behind the bike n still see the frame is slighty bent,im in the process of finding an 2001 r6 frame,and the guy was SUPPOSED to be the frame straightening guru,youve probley got better frame fixers down your way,

Dave Kellet is the go I believe for Frame straightening although that one looks like it would be worth more sold to sims metal than fixing

i tried to get onto bob martins son but had no luck and there was another mob deano put me onto but after i rang them i found the new frame so i didnt bother you will find that most places use laser straighting techniques these days so they are usualy pretty good

Ok so I have been chipping away at this the best I can with my limited abilities and I am at the stage where I'm starting the wiring and that shit.....morry found me a subframe but I am still saving up cash for that and then I just need a radiator and just bits and bobs ..the young bloke is off school giving me a hand today so that's a plus I got him to help put wheels in fresh from powder coaters with some 10 lap old slicks which I got from a Bloke at Phillip island on the weekend (for free)
