Is there any difference between a Gen I and Gen II rear end?

I want to fit a Gen II wheel, brakes etc to a Gen I arm. Is this possible?

Yep, just did the same thing on mine
only difference is the caliper stay, you can fit the slot from a gen 2 arm to the gen 1 ( used countersunk bolts ) or there is a aftermarket caliper bracket from Exoticycle http://www.exoticycle.com/ecom/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=33
i have one of these to fit so if you want my bolt on slot i'll send it over
