Just buy either the gloss or satin and put the can on its side then drive over it a few times.... :D

SssHhhhhhhhhhh! Its a secret! :P
Nah my 7/11 has a flat clear over a pearl white. U wont find it in a spray can but if u kno a spraypainter thats worth his title he should be able to make it up for you! My guy is fuckin good n it took him a bit to get it jst right but the job turned out awesome! Apparently the shit u mix in with the normal clear starts to break dwn the mix if u put too much in so its a fine line. A recipie he's not keen on sharing with anyone else coz it took him a while. But a flat clear is possible & only the coolest of the cool kids can have it! haha

Mate a few paint shops will put a mix in a rattle can for you , ask around auto paint shops .

If you want it flat and want to keep the cost down- use binder and just add hardener like you where mixing your clear.

Dont use reducer- spray it on as you would normally paint it gose on shiny and will dry flat as.

Trade secret- which is no longer a secret i guess!!

Are you in Sydney??

Nah your not i just checked you profile.

Go to a Auto paint supply place and ask for 155 binder.

Thin it 30% binder and 70% thinners.

There you have your binder mix ready to ad hardener.

Mix your binder/hardener 2/3rds binder 1/3rd hardener.

Try get super fast hardener it will be touch dry in about 1/2 hr.

Best results leave over night and it will be flat as and hard like 2K.

Good luck.

No mate - I'm in Brisvegas.

I'm looking at spraying flat black, but putting a gloss decal over it. I want the decal to be flat too, so hence the Q about flat clear.

Thanks guys ;)
