Gidday all.

Early next week, (probably Tuesday 5th) I will be unpacking my bike in Regency Park in preparation for my most excellent adventure.

I won't need it after this trip so if anyone wants it, it's all yours.

The only catch is that you'll need to collect it from GKR Transport in Regency Park, possibly during the week. Not sure if they're open on the weekends.

The box is about 2.6m long x 1.1M wide x 1.3M high and will go in the back of a ute but will hang out the back a little.

as you can see, it's a galv steel base so that part of it can be stuck behind a shed and forgotten about until needed.

There's plenty of room for riding gear or whatever and with the hoops on, even my bike with mirrors on easily fits.

Finally, with the cardboard cover on.
Unfortunately its a Harley crate but I painted over all that with a spray can.

These card board things are usually good for a few trips across Australia but i reckon replacing it with some timber sides would make it a perfect shipping box.

So if you want it, let me know.
If you don't, no drama, I'll just slip the trucking company a few bucks to get rid of it for me. Just thought I'd see if anyone here would like it.

Half a dozen of those and you'd have a new school hall or at least a coupla classrooms.

Have you thought about giving the federal labor party a call?

I'll be at Regency Park about 12.30 to 1pm Wednesday I reckon, I will unpack it there and then and head off into the sunset.

There's some tie down straps that you can have as well.

I had a 2002 CR500E with full registration.
Absolute weapon off road and completely insane on it.

I ended up banning myself from riding it in town, it was just too loud and too nuts to keep my licence.
Was a pig at cruising speeds too and a slut to start if it stalled at the lights anyway.

Here's the only pic I could find quickly.
With my young bloke riding it, we'd swapped and I was on his XR250. The thing scared the fuck out of him ! Hahaha

Forgive the stupid question but what's a Service Honda? I saw them a few months ago when researching CR's but couldn't figure out if they are a Honda affiliate or what

They are a company that buy rolling crf bikes new, with no motors and make the cr 500 engine fit. they also do the same in a kx.
They have been given the right by honda to have cr 500 engines made new.
