they have only been 4 years in the making but finially got around to knocking out a starter and ignition cover window insert for oil cooled gsxr and bandit

as you all know i did and still have the clutch cover windows so now you can collect all 3 (number 4 is in the pipeline)

like the clutch windows i am prepared to make some for your viewing pleasure.

prices are as follows for asf financial members (plus $25 for non members)
$230 for the clutch cover (fitted to your cover add $70)
$215 for the starter cover (fitted to your cover add $70)
$200 for the ignition cover (fitted to your cover add $70)

turnaround should be only a few days at most.

10% discount will apply if you already have one of my clutch covers or buy more than 1 of the above.

no progress picks sorry but as for the fitting it can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it. like everything if you have the right tools you can do anything. lathe and mill are pretty much a must for this job.

Andy/Deano - potentially the hiccup with triumph covers are that they are made of magnesium....not sure how you would weld that (but then again I'm not a welder)

G'day Deano

interested in getting the ignition cover off the slabby done - wasn't sure if the raised dome in the cover would cause you any issues or if different from a slingly cover?

the raised section has proved to be a challenge but managed to work my way around it. the covers are the same from all the 750 and 1100 oil cooled motors as far as i can tell mate.
