Gif's ?

hi all, i've got a set of stills from a vid that i want to make into a gif. i'm not real keen on uploadin to a gif site and was woundering if anyone here is able to make em?
any help would be great.

Have you tried that windows movie maker thing that comes on your computer? Might work.
