If you do need replacements get some HEL lines made up either from Stu at www.austreetfighter.com.au (he's a member here so mention you're from here also for a 10% discount) or from the Australian HEL guys at www.helperformance.com.au (again Dean that runs them is also familiar with ASF and may look after you as well if you mention you are from here).

Sorry Mate, I'm asleep. I just re-read your post and I'm so used to people talking about brake lines on their conversions I just zoned out and thought you were on about Brake lines. Stu may be able to advise on new throttle cables, but otherwise just head down your wreckers and ask to check out some old cables and have yours to hand to compare length. I re-routed mine from memory for a shorter distance to compensate for the length.

yeh i might head to the wreckers, i think busa cables are longer so a re route might work with them, tried to re route the stockers but no go.

Try gsxr 750, carb model, they go to the left side of the carbs, busa ones are short, they go to the right side of the throttlebodies.
Work out how long you need them and i can check the busa and 750 .

Fuck me. You join the forum last week with a fully faired and polished bike and within a week you've almost streetfightered it. You don't mess about do you mate. There's blokes on here that have been building their bike up for months now and the bikes are still not finshed. I'm suitably impressed.

Oh Gix11 you are easy impressed ..... ;)

Custom cables are the go. Easy to make once you learn how.

Do you have a spare oil cooler or are you just not running your stock one any more ?
