Black Vmax / full street. WA Reg????

I m in WA , left Oz for about a year and left my 89 black Vmax to a "friend" who was suppose to store it until I came back.. He gave it away, yep gave it.... This bike gonna declare stolen this avo, It was register in WA. I guess it s probably gonna be use as drag bike. If anyone see or saw anythings.... Many thanks...
