In brief.

I ordered and paid for a Dyna ignition in March.
Since then, multiple emails requesting updates have mostly been ignored. Now my multiple requests for a refund are also being ignored.

That's five months, going on six.

Unfortunately this was before I learnt how to use paypal so I dont know what action I can take.
From memory, I paid by credit card, or maybe it was a TT.
I'll give them another couple of weeks and then look into what action I may take.

If ebay sold bags of burning dog shit, I'd order one and get it delivered to their front door.
But I sure as fuck wouldnt order it from ATV Galaxy !

Yes I have but I'm in no particular rush for it now as we've just fitted a stock ignition in the bike for now.
I'm also kind of enjoying sending them pestering emails and making the odd smart comment.

Yeah what Large said.

If you have paid by Credit Card, go to your bank and explain the situation. You fill out an application to say that you have paid for goods that you have never received.

A request then goes off to the supplier and if they do not prove that they have supplied the goods to them, your bank will reverse the credit card transaction.

Did you even get an invoice before you made the payment or credit card receipt upon payment from them? Because if you did not, then they really don't have evidence of any supply to you.
