Anyone has a C-spanner I could borrow for a day? Unless i find I'll have to buy one as I want to avoid using a pin punch on the alloy nuts which hold the triples in.

I assume you're talking about the bearing retainer nut, not the topclamp nut? If so wrap the nut in electrical tape (use a few layers)then use multigrips on it. It shouldn't mark the nut, once it's a turn or so loose you should be able to undo it by hand.

Aren't you still work at an engineering shop? They should have a couple hanging around.

The one at work is way, and the one I borrowed last time seems to have gone walk about.

Center punch and a hammer my Greek friend.
Tap gently and no damage done.

i noticed one at MCA when i was in Sydney today, and it was less than $10.
Obviously not the best quality for that price, but would still do the job.
I should've got it.

Sorted. Borrowed one from the engineer at work.
