Picked the new riders handbook for Shiny things this morning for her to study before she gets her "L"s this week. Couldn't but notice the guy pulling a stand on the cover. He's going to hit that scooter rider if he's not careful. Retards with photoshop I guess. I'm almost sure this isn't the message Vic roads wants to send to new riders.
