RIP Matt McMillan #121

Sad news to anyone involved in bikes..
Matty McMillan was involved in an incident at the island over the weekend racing at the Hartwell championship rnd 4(Novice 600 class) and has tragically passed away at the track.

I wasn't there over the weekend, had work commitments and couldn't make it, but this has absolutely floored me.(600 nov is what i would've been racing in) A bit too close to home.

Didn't know mat that well, but he has certainly made an impact on a lot of people that i know, and from the little bit i have spoken to him, he seems a great bloke.

You know i never ever saw this post .

Matty was one of my closest friends who id known for most of my life it was my going away party on the 31st of july this year . and as you know that was when he passed away . We were at the hotel just about to head out when i received the phone call . One of the worst phone calls i have ever received .

Very Sad when you hear of the passing of someone who was a lifelong mate pesh,just rips your heart out...my sincerest condolences to matt's loved ones and his Mates..
