Running 15 Psi (1 Bar) about the max for that size supercharger.

I'm getting serious ballooning of the intake plenum (needs making again in thicker guage alloy) which is pushing up the fuel tank which is stopping the dummy tank cover fitting properly now

As a temp fix I will squash it back and put some through rods with nuts/washers to brace it. 2 lengths of M6 rod, 4 penny washers and 4 nuts will do for now :lol3:)

the first shaft was made from an unknown piece of stainless bar and was about 0.25mm too slack for the outrigger bearing, I think the slight movement caused fatigue back at the crank end.

Anyway, I'm using a TL water pump/cam drive shaft to make a new one as I know the metal will be more suitable, but trying to cut through the hardening is a major challenge aswell as the screw cutting etc

It's a shame it broke I was taking it steady just listening and feeling for any problems and getting used to the new bike in general, when I set off for the last time I was going through the process of how many gears it would pick the front up before giving it a few more berries for the camera........

my fighter was bought from a tosser in adelaide he had it for 1 mth & see it's in a car dealers for $11K search trading post - listings wrong , lot of gear pulled off some crap he has added etc etc. [V]
