Took a few nice pics of the bike today. It's a work in progress...(aren't they all) Lol! Have plans for a new tail, different wheels, probably gonna powder coat the frame, tank and swinger totally different colors next winter. Busa forks, gsxr swinger, busa shock, gsxr fender, carbon tail and bars, lots of other good bits.

I fightered my key... :)
Found this little pill container at the local drug store, ended up using it to upgrade the looks of my key. ;)

First had to whittle down my key, and drilled out the cap of the bottle. Filled it with 2 part epoxy, not bad for 5 bucks. Looks cool, and nobody else has one. ;)

Haha, thanks man! It's in there, I tried to put in the important things. This up coming winter, I am going to tear the bike down completely, rid it of any unneeded brackets, modify the frame for the tail swap. and powder coat the whole works. Not sure yet, thinking about a burgundy, or a fluorescent red. Something that goes with the gold. Cam

Secondly, that's an awesome bracket. How the fuck do you work out what shape you need to cut? Is there a trick to this? I'm trying to mount a V-ROD headlight myself and it's driving me barmy.

Thanks m8! Well, first thing, you gotta get the headlight sitting where you want it... by whatever means possible, tape, string, panty hose...haha. I held mine where I wanted it, and snapped a few pics. Brought the pics up on the computer, and drew on it until I got what shape I liked. Once I figured out what I wanted, I made templates out of thin card board, mocked it all up, got it the way I wanted it, and then reproduced it in steel. Heres a progress pic, when the bracket was about half done. It was 3 pieces. 2 sides, and the bottom piece, before welded.

Also just made a flyscreen out of a 5 gallon plastic pail. Made nice brackets for that too. Just got back from a night ride... Wanted to make sure everything was in order for my trip to Fighter Fest! I'll be sure and bring back lots of pics for you all to see.

Whipped this flyscreen up yesterday... Paint is still wet. But I wanted to make one for a while. Cut it out of the side of a 5 gal. bucket. Lol! ..also made a couple of steel brackets to attach it to my headlight bracket. It's a little different, but I think it looks ok on the ole' girl.

New wheels today. Marchesinis from a Duc. Got some work to do to get them to fit. Fresh from powder coating, never had tires mounted on them yet. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!

Not sure yet whats going on.. I dont want to sell it, but I want something else to build. I haven't gotten much interest, and it is looking really good right now. And not sure on the wheels either. I may keep them, but if I can turn a buck on em, I will.

I'm just really at a stand still with the bike... The only thing I want to do to it still, is put another tail on it. I found the one I want, but its in Germany, and I, and several friends have tried to contact the company, but they won't reply. Anybody on here who speaks German and english, that could possibly lend a hand?

Tank is a stock tank, and I made and welded vents on it. 6 inches added into the swingarm, smoothed to look factory. Custom Bowen seat. Ninja 250 tail light. Pearl white paint. Tons of other goodies.
