Paul (KKB) will probably be interested in this one. Huddo is working hard to get the bike running and ready for AFR and hardly ever gets on here anyway, so I took a few photos when I was at Supercharger's place at the weekend. As you can see it's coming together nicely.

Augusta tail. The engine fired up first time after 7 years Paul. He was well happy. The custom LED tail lights look trick as well (handy being an electrician hey?). It's just time to strip it down, paint the frame and tail and get it back together for the run. He has loads more planned for it after the Run.

Ok. Caught up with Brad last weekend. He had put the motor in and was just finishing up the wiring. He had also painted the tail flat black and put the LEDs in:

But while I was looking around the garage I found an alternative rear end for him - a VS commodore station wagon centre console:

It has vents for twins exhausts:

..and even room to put your chips:

The perfect tail piece I told him, but he didn't seem convinced, so I think he's staying with the Augusta tail.

Ohlins forks mate.

Cool I didn't think Ohlins made full forks for the bandit. Or did you steal them off a different bike and fit them?

Gix11
14-03-2007, 01:39 PM
He stole them of another member (kamakazebusa) on here along with the rest of the parts. I'm pretty sure they are GSXR1100 replacement items. Am I right Paul?

Bloody ohlins site is useless:(. Tryed to search for them and the only front end stuff they do seems to be springs the lying bastards. does anyone know who the ohlins dealer in aus is? I think i'll give them a call see if they can tell me the truth.
