$10 drink bottle from K mart or something. rip the nipple out of it and its the perfect size to fit the hose nice n snug in there.
I cut the bottom of the hose so it has basically a cm removed up the middle so it can touch the bottom of the can, or the sides and it will still draw fluid up. Also on the back of it drilled a hole and fit a 90 degree brass fitting so if there is too much pressure it sprays down, not up into my face or all over my paint.
I never seem to have issues with the cooling I think the bottle only gets hot from sitting so close to the engine.
Stuck it on there with one big ass hose clamp. bottom rests on something on the engine

I did this, but it's jammed inside the right wing of the Gixxer's tail, so it's not taking up any storage space under there. And I also sat another hose just inside the opening and ran it down the fuel overflows.

Just about every pic the round bottle looks out of place to some degree , what about a triangular or rectangular tank that mounts on the back of the rad header tank and fills in the gap to the frame , rounded corners, similar shape to the end of the radiator so it blends in ..
the only place a round looks like it might blend in would be piggybacked on the fork near the guard rear mount, and i'm not even sure that wouldn't look odd too

I struggled with what to use on the 11 for ages, then had to worry about a bottle for the 1000!! I think they look ugly and generally far to big & bulky looking for the bike :(
Decided to see how a hidden one would work out & had one made for the 1000 it’s tucked right in and pretty unnoticeable me thinks. I wondered if it would be to hot near the motor but so far so good :D
