Thought I would put this up here first to try and help someone out because this is all the dealers are offering on a trade.

Its a 1996 VS Commodore Executive Series II, 4 speed Auto, cruise control, ice cold air con, power steering, tow bar, rear blind, seat covers been on since new - seats are great, no rips or tears.

Has been my Mum's car since 97-98 and a government car before that,I took possession a year ago and now the rego is due soon
(a month)which has promoted us to make a move on buying an automatic company ute.

Overall condition is great. Has a small dint near the badge on the bonnet and some minor marks, but hey well it's $1,200 !

Just done the hood lining, put rear KYB shocks in and rear bushes.

Registered to July 2010 so there is a month or so left.

For roadworthy it will need 4 tyres (they are just on the limit - questionable if they will pass) and in the near future (almost now) it needs a power steering seal kit due to the fact that the rear seal weeps overnight and leaves it mark in the morning. This does not at all effect the operation of steering, it drives fine. Seal kit only costs from Repco $17.00. This won't be necessary for a roadworthy as it does not leak when you are driving, it takes all night to drip.

All round, great car, just needs tyres & rego, otherwise mechanically it is fantastic. Fairly low ks (186,960) for the year of the car and if it was a ute I wouldn't be selling it because it drives great.

I have more photos if anyone is interested.

$1,200 is cheap motoring.....
