Looking for a housemate

Looking for a housemate as one of the guys is moving out so gonna be looking for someone to move in.
It's a large 3 bedroom house with a large backyard and a 3 car garage and plenty of parking out the front. Shops are just 1 min down the road (including bottle shop)

First bit is something like "do you speak french" second bit is eating frogs legs maybe cooking them or something third bit is smoking malboros and last is about sharing something , thats the extent of my french in it entirity lol I do have a french to english dictionary here somewhere prob in the shed.
