Reshaped the back of the tank as it didn´t look right now that the seat sits in a different place:-

Spent a couple of hours rubbing down the seat unit and tank this evening... No finger prints left now!

Next up I will get the seat finished, add foam, shape it and then make a start on the rearset hangers:o)

Aha! found ya! Good to see this build again. So if you're dabbling with the fibre glass, does that mean you're not going to let me have that headlight unit now? :D:D:D
Bike looks mean [^]

Couple of pics of the seat base I just finished....

Here´s the under side. You wouldn´t believe the amount of work I had to do to make the ´sticky outy things´ and the catch for securing the seat onto the frame....

Also started to stick some foam to it this afternoon, will finish it off tomorrow.
And this arrived today...

Little LED rear light, will tuck nicely into the under side of the seat unit.[8D]

Ok so the first layer of foam was dried today so I cut off rough edges and put it on the bike see how t´was looking....
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1277473907.jpg
Very happy with it as is but needed to add some more foam and give it some shape...

Built up foam layers then used masking tape to pull it all tight into place. Will be dry and be ready for trimming up tomorrow afternoon if all goes well.

All foam added to seat base now. Think it looks alright but still not 100% sure about it TBH.... Might have to trim it down a little more?!

They were lost in the change over. I searched everywhere but can't find them. Maybe try contacting the user?
