Hey all, if anyone has an old bike they`re looking to unload, I`m the bunny who will pay for your shit! I`m looking for any abandonded resto projects, or wrecks. Prefer something restorable (complete) but open to anything from mid 60`s to mid 80`s, roadie, or dirt. Cheers, Dan

That I've half finished with:
- Monoshock conversion - FZR400 swingarm fitted but needs top shock mount welding onto frame
- 17" wheels from FZR (rear) and TZR (front)
- Electric start XT600E motor fitted but electrics need sorting
- TZR250 USD front end fitted but now has rusted sliders, may be cheaper to get new forks rater than rechroming. Instruments and headlight need brackets to fit new forks.

It's been sitting in the shed for 12 years so is not in great nick. Needs a good strip and clean. The pain on the motor is bubbliing so needs a full strup etc etc. It won't be an easy job but is a great bike

I have a Suzuki GT250 restoration project.

Basically the rolling chassis is done, new paint/chrome ect.

Engine is in bits, was running, pulled apart just so everything will be 100%.

Haven't yet had it assembled, I'm told all the parts are in the boxes...

What sorta money are you after for the GT250?
is it a "ram air" GT250 with the scoop on the cylinder heads??

Yeah, it is a RAM AIR one, 1973 model I think.

I have spent a fair bot of money on it, but it's prolly only worth about $500??? Unless I built it all up, which I can't find the time to do... :(
