Yes Rod, the rumours are true.
06 model, just under 11,000k's, M4 can with a trumpy badge on it, lots of triumph branded do dads, 30mm chicken strips on front and rear tyres, workshop manual, a stand for it, and every receipt for the bike - including ones from the original owner (I'm the third owner).
The bike has been really well looked after - and probably not ridden that hard.
I test rode a new speed trip, new cb1000r and the FZ1 with weasel. I was also gonna look at the KTM superduke, but wasn't allowed to test ride it in the wet, and when I asked about servicing, was told a major "shouldn't be more than $900" Fuck that.
Anyway, found an FZ1 and speed triple privately, and got a great deal on the triple.

Looks good mate and that screen has just enough gayness for you.

Never enogh gayness for me, Blowie. I'm also putting a top box on it, just to make sure.

While I was doing the deal with the guy, he showed me pics of his previous four harleys, which went a little way to explaining all the bolt on goodness.

Do yourself a favour and get the suspension revalved properly(not by ********!). Makes a massive difference, especially the front.

This one will just get ridden, I'll do little things like indicators and undertray, but that's about it. Apparently the forks have already been revalved, but I'll have to check.

If I ever get another bike, it will be one of them.

Welcome to triple ownership, you will love it. I've had proper sport bikes before (R1's) but never enjoyed riding any of them as much as my S3.
