hey everyone,

I'm new to the forum and I own a 01 honda cbr 929. I'm interested in streetfighting my blade, and was wondering if anyone has done it before or have any pictures. i did a search but didn't find much.

I'm a bit strapped for cash, and I'm considering putting on a set of Acerbus diamond (http://www.acerbis.com/p107_headlight/3001.html or cyclops headlights http://www.acerbis.com/p107_headlight/3002.html

anyone had any experiences with these? i do a fair bit of night riding so will these illuminate enough light?

thanks in advanced guys. i have so many more questions!!

G'day m8 haven't had any esperience with fighting the honda, but have got an diamond o my fighter and it not real good for night riding, but a mate of mine up here has the cyclops head light and has no problems with it at night because it is ment for that sort of thing where as the diamond was not, the other plus for the cyclops is that it is adr approved so you won't get in the shit for having it on the bike hope this helps

PS welcome to the madness and it would be great if you could post up some pics for us.

Cheers Clive

Thanks for the replies guys.

I'm from Melb riding a cbr929. i'll post up some pics if i ever finish the project!

I bought an acerbis diamond from Jakam04 and the light seems to be bright enough (although i dont think the lights Jakam supplied are the stock ones)

I also got new bars and triple tree from ebay ...just waiting for them to come in. Just working how to install a new speedo. the old speedo bracket pretrudes out quite a bit!

You could made up a bracket for them that would bolt on to your
top yoke, the clocks on an 929 are nice and not too big i'd try to
hold on to them if it was me.
