There was one of these found in a storm water drain about 8 years ago in Sydney by council workers. It was a decent sized one.

In the "Deep South" redneckland, the crazy seppos walk into a creek/lake feel around for a hole that massive catfish live in, the catfish are pulled out by their jaw. Everynow and then the hole has a Snapping turtle in it instead and it is bye bye hand.

Yeah that mad fucker on SBS Bear Gryls did it a few weeks back, was bad enough when the 3 foot long catfish grabed him lol Should have seen has face for a second i think he though shit what has me ! lol had enough trouble wrestling in onto the bank , just cant see him as a hard ass SAS. I've met 2 of the local blokes and there quiet relaxed guys, but they just have something about them you know when shit gets sticky they lay the smack down and i dont get it from him lol
