Bonding carbon fibre cloth to fibreglass..

Can I just use the normal fibreglass resin to stick it on ?
Will I need the proper resin to coat the c/f with after its on or can it just be 2-pac laquered ? I'd like it to be reasonably smooth.

Is the fibreglass part already made and you want to add carbon to it?

From my understanding sharky the CF mat can be treated just as FG mat for most things to do with resin etc, the special resins they use are for diferent propertys wanted (ie lighter, stronger, UV cure etc etc) But normal FG resin will be fine.
