Ok I forget if I even posted this already. but on the 79 model TS185 I got, theres a cable coming out of the killswitchamajigathingy on the switch gear.. the hell does it go?
[edit] it actually splits into 2 cables the disconnected one looks like this

Oil pump maybe?

yep its the CCI cable you have a"jelly mold"pump located onthe left hand side of the bike undar a cover [dont know excatly where onthis model ] that cable[s] controls the feed during throttle openings without it the bike will only be getting oil at idle so when youe gass it it will run dry and seize

..btw dont make the mistake of thinking that adding oil to the petrol will help the bike .if the oilsystems still conected all that will do is lean out the mixture and cause it to seize

sheeeet.. .. thats got me fucked now. the last owner was a chick and she said she just pre mixed the oil.. I forget if its even got the oil tank on it... I think I better get out there in the daylight and have a closer look.
If the oil system isn't working its okay to pre mix right? or will it just foul up the plugs at idle?
