Nope, on Mr turbos advice I want to get the piston inside the wastegate teflon coated as the early series don't run any form of diaphram or seal. Coating them was the best way to get a smoother and better sealing action.

Spoke to Anthony from Electromold the other day. He was very helpful, freely gave advice. Asked me alot of questions about what I wanted done. Then gave me a few things to find out before he will say if the coating setup he uses would be correct or not. Nothing mentioned about price as treatment proceedure isn't finalised yet. I was very happy with his up front attitude and what appeared to be a genuine interest in what I was doing and making sure he gave me accurate info. Which brings me to my next question. I need to know approximate max temp of the piston inside a waste gate mounted in the elephant dick pipe on a mr turbo draw through gsx1100 running about 8-10psi? Any help would be great.
