Bike from Wollongong To Vic?

Hey ya's I have a friend who has brought an old dirt bike in Wollongong and looking for a way to get it back to Victoria in the future if anyone can help :D

I do a bit of work in Melbourne regularly. I spend time around the Wollongong area. I'm seeing a pattern Here!
Short of riding it down, I dunno where to go from here (i'm drunk in Melbourne at the mo')
