guys the last 6 months has been fucking shit for me trying to find an apprenticeship as a fitter/machinist... i have joined the army reserves ARTAP scheme ( Army Reserves Traineeship and Apprenticeship scheme), so im a recruit reservist.. but i need full time employment in a civilian co. No one seems to want mature aged apprentices, and im getting very desperate! Being a reservist means any company that takes me on getting federal bonus' and what not... so if anyone can point me in a strong direction, many thanks will be given.. [|)]
