Could a get a heads up on who's coming next week? To get an idea for some snags and stuff. Will have some beer as well, but better u all get something with u as well.

Also there is place to sleep on either the floor, carpet, 2 mattresses, a couple of sleeping bags and 2 futons. Wherever u choose or where u collapse first.

A g clamp will work just fine as a bead breaker, or if its a sticky bugger and just an old wheel off a dirt bike car tyre over it works in a pinch lol
