awesome find mate enjoying reading the thread! [8D]:

'Proving the old saying 'Ask and ye shall receive', Zoran saw the thread about my SV/MV project and the carbon tank I'd made. He also saw my reply to a question about how much it would cost for me to make a tank - to which I replied something like "I don't want to turn the hobby into a job and I prefer to make things like this for friends...'

Zoran's next post started out with "Well, my friend..."'

what a cunt that zoran! lol!

Very interesting reading Jules.

I had been looking around at tutorials on how to do it, my previous efforts have been just okay nothing fancy.

Last week I started on my Carbon /Fibreglassing lessons and using the correct products is the secret! (Very hard to get a good outcome with the stuff I was buying from the local hardware. Guy who is teaching me has been working in the trade for over 20 years for if you want any info yell out.

Finished making my 1st mould last night – tonight is the exciting part making my 1st carbon product.
Of course I couldn’t make something simple to start – I made the design I wanted) ( Plug) out of a fibreglass base with clay over the top ( now using plasticine)
